Go and Tell Ministries
Currently we are involved in the curriculum design and teaching of several certificate programs including two in Christian Education and one in Cross-Cultural Missions. Further we are working to develop more advanced classes in the areas of evangelism, missions and education. We have partnered with the seminary in programs both locally and in some of their extension sites in several different states.
As a ministry we are very thankful for all of the seminaries located throughout Mexico. We have had the opportunity to visit and work with the Baptist seminaries in Oaxaca and Mexico City and look forward to opportunities in the future to continue supporting their ministries. Our greatest commitment though is to the local seminary – a school with over 40 years of history and experience – a school that is redesigning and restructuring every element of programming with the goal of providing the very best of training for our current and future pastors.
Fall 2012 marked a new phase of ministry for Go and Tell Ministries, as our Director of Missions, Mary Yarbrough, was invited to begin teaching classes at the local Baptist seminary in Matamoros. The invitation was extended to focus on the areas of Christian Education and Missions but since that time her teaching responsibilities have grown. We are now into our eighth year of partnership with the Dr. Cosme G. Montemayor Baptist Theological Seminary, and over this period of time we have seen the Lord accomplish some incredible things.
